Special Programs
The ReiD Conference has at its core two distinct objectives.
>>A) To provide for the usable participant knowledge that is of practical use,
including industry and market awareness, business enhancement,
and regional viability. Openly answering the questions as
to:
"where great development and investment properties are located"
"how to finance, or where to find financing for these types of projects"
"and once financed, the development and ultimate completion of said endeavors"
>>B) To provide "bridges" or "pathways" that will foster productive relationships. The focus will be on connecting industry leaders, organizations, and demographic regions (the knowledge they possess, statistics, pitfalls, and general practical applications) to existing and emerging members of the real estate development and investment industry.
A variety of Special Programs will meet these objectives. From solid knowledge presentations to relationship development events, the Conference will meet expectations, as well as, offer some surprises.
A View of what is To Come:
- A two thousand seat conference room will provide a closed door theater for Realtors (only) presentations.
- At least six breakfast and luncheon programs will be both informational and relationship enhancing.
- Two International evening programs will offer a cultural experience and a mixer for attendees. Special badges will assist in identifying the interest and location of each attendee.
- The International Center will drive investment request via on-line conference terminals, daily printed "Business Interest Notices" and sponsored business development mixers.
