Exhibitor Registration - Atlanta, Georgia 2008
The General Attendance Registrant Package includes the following: Expo Tour Reception, each of the three Primary Conference Sessions, all Class A KnowledgeWorks Sessions, all Class A Work Group Sessions, Evening Program 1 - An International Night - Meet the Investors, and Evening Program III - The Americas. (Each badge holder is required to register for these programs or sessions as seating is limited in most event items.)

Exhibit Space Assignment Procedures
Exhibitor booths will be assigned in order of your three selections
based on the Date of receipt of the Application/Contract & Deposit
at: ReiD 3200 Cobb Galleria Parkway Suite 250 Atlanta,
Georgia 30339. Orders will also be subject to space size
and availability parameters.
After assignments are made, the Conference Sales Department will notify
exhibitors of their booth assignments with a
confirmation/invoice indicating the balance due (if any). No
assignment of space will be made without a 90% deposit or full payment
(partial deposits may be made until May 1st after which NO partial
payments will be accepted) (based on the size of your first choice
booth). We strongly recommend that you indicate at least three
(3) booth choices on the Application/Contract for Exhibit Space.
During the Initial Assignment Period, we will only make
alterations to the initial floor plan (e.g., subdivide or combine
booths, create or change aisles, etc.) if, in its sole discretion, it
deems it necessary for the betterment of the Show.
If NONE of your Exhibitor Booth Choices are Available
We will contact you by phone and inform you of what alternative spaces
are available. You must respond immediately and be prepared to
commit to an alternative space within two (2) business days of
notification. Otherwise, our staff will assign you, in its sole
discretion, the next best available space.
