The Conferences has more than 100 exhibitors in 100,000 square feet of exhibit and session space. So, how do you get attendees to find you? by advertising in official Conference publications. Platinum, Gold, and Silver packages offer encompassing opportunities to maximize exposure before, during and after the event. Individual and session sponsorship packages are also available.

Platinum Sponsorship SPSH-P
A high visibility sponsorship level open to two non-competing companies. Participating firms will enjoy significant corporate profile including exposure in thousands of pre-show marketing pieces. A Platinum Sponsorship includes a full-page advertisement in the show guide, industry-wide corporate visibility through the event website, and Key Session sponsorship visibility. This sponsorship is open to four non-competing companies. Gold Sponsors
will enjoy many of the benefits associated with a Platinum Sponsorship,
including show guide exposure, session sponsorship, and website
exposure. Gold Sponsorship will provide your firm with strong profiling
before, during and after the event via printed material, show websites
and the conference program.
-Gold Sponsor Profiling on the cover page of the official ReiD
show guide. This is a first-class, full color production distributed to
all show attendees. -A half-page, full color advertisement in the official show guide. Upgrades available.
-Corporate logo ON THE MASTER FLOORPLAN in the official show guide for
corporate profile and to indicate your booth location. ALSO includes a
bold listing of your company name in the exhibitor list.

This sponsorship category is only open to FOUR companies. Firms with Silver Sponsorships will enjoy a strong profile at the event. Attendees will be exposed to Silver Sponsors throughout the venue, from the main lobby, to the tradeshow floor, to the show guide.

Session Sponsorship SPSH-KW and SPSH-WG
For the small cost of a Session (KnowledgeWorks or Work Group) Sponsorship, participating firms will enjoy exposure in thousands of pre-show conference brochures and on the conference website. Session Sponsorship will provide your company the opportunity to distribute material to a select group of targeted session attendees and also associate your company with a specific industry-related educational experience.
This Sponsorship includes:

logo exposure in all printed materials related to this session,
including exposure in our Attendee Planners, 3,000 of which are mailed
out to the industry prior to the event. -Corporate logo exposure in the

Delegate Lanyard Sponsorship SPSH-DL
One exhibitor will have the exclusive opportunity of having their
corporate name/logo on ALL attendee and exhibitor lanyards at the
event. This sponsorship offers the pinnacle of on-site exposure.
Session Ticket Sponsorship SPSH-ST
One exhibitor will have the exclusive opportunity of having their
corporate name/logo on all attendee session tickets at the event.
Attendee Bag Distribution Sponsorship SPSH-AB
One exhibitor will have the opportunity to provide and hand out
Literature Show Bags featuring their company name and logo at the
entrance to the trade show to all attendees. This also includes one
insert in the corporate bags. There will only be one type of corporate
bag distributed at the entrance. Sponsor to provide bag, insert and
host/hostess to distribute. Bags may also be made available at show
guide distribution locations.
Key Programs Welcome Staff Sponsorship SPSH-KPW
Benefit from sponsoring a key program entrance at the event. Keynote
presentations draw the largest number of attendees. Your company will
receive logo exposure on all seminar signage and in promotional
material including 3,000 attendee planners. Your corporate material
will be distributed to session attendees leaving the conference room.
Also receive profile in the show guide. The entrance stands will post

Aisle Signage Sponsorships SPSH-AS
You have the exclusive right to sponsor your aisle at the trade show.
Create a simple way for potential customers to find you at the show and
increase your profile outside the confines of your booth. Your company
name and logo is posted visibly on the aisle signage.
Press Reception Sponsorship SPSH-PR
The Press Reception and Expo Tour Opening will be for both exhibitors and the Press. Reception expected to be
televised.
This Sponsorship includes:
-Company Name and Logo on 3ft.x20ft. banner displayed during Opening Press Conference.
-Executive presence on stage for introductions.
-Ushers to wear your company name cross ribbon during reception.
-Sponsorship Logo displayed on media presentation in Concept Theater.
Nine Keys Sponsorship SPSH-9KA and SPSH-9KD
A Premium Sponsorship for Exhibitors. There are three properties to be found. This is an exhibitor marketing program to specifically bring attendees into your booth. Attendees must locate nine keys, one of which will be provided by your booth staff upon delivery of your sales presentation. Attendees must visit your booth to hear your sales presentation in which one of the nine keys is revealed.
This Sponsorship includes:
-10x10 booth, Concept Table and 5 min. spot each hour of Theater time.
- Special identification as one of the Property Prize Hosts.

Approval for Supporting Association status is made based upon a review
of your organization's charter and position within the industry.
Approval is granted by a letter of Association acceptance issued by the Conference Executive Director.
